The app can be used on devices running iOS version 9.0 and above.
There are no limits on the number of transfers you can make in a calendar month for checking accounts. However, savings accounts have a limit of up to six total transfers to another account or a third party per federal regulations. Additional transfers may be refused or reversed, and fees may be assessed. Your account may also be suspended or closed.
All transactional data is encrypted, ensuring the security of your information. No sensitive account details are stored on your mobile device.
The app requires specific permissions:
- Location permissions to find ATMs in your area
- Camera permissions to conveniently deposit checks
Please note that deposit limits and other restrictions apply. The availability of certain features may vary depending on your eligibility and account status. While there is no charge from Alliant Credit Union to use the mobile app, message and data rates may apply.
Surcharge-free ATMs include those owned by Alliant and those in the Alliance One, Allpoint, CO-OP Network, Credit Union 24, CU Here, and Publix Presto networks. Transactions at other ATMs may be subject to additional surcharge fees. Please be aware that not all ATMs accept deposits.
All deposits are subject to Alliant Credit Union's Funds Availability Policy. For more information, please refer to Alliant's Account Agreement and Disclosures. It is recommended to keep your check for 90 days before destroying it.
